I am writing to share some important news regarding my medical practice. After 42 wonderful years of practicing medicine, I have made the decision to retire. Consequentially, the office of Dr. Udita Jahagirdar will officially close its doors on Friday Dec 4, 2026.
Serving as your physician has been an incredible privilege. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for the opportunity to care for you and your family over the years.
Your continued health and well-being remain my top priority during this transition. To ensure your care is not interrupted, I recommend taking the following steps as soon as possible.
Your Continued Medical Care: I am pleased to inform you that Dr. Silpa Senchani M.D. F.A.C.O.G, with Women’s Health Specialists of Central Florida, who is Board Certified and well established, has agreed to assume responsibility for the ongoing care of all who wish to continue their gynecological care with her. You may choose any physician or healthcare provider you wish.
If you elect to receive care elsewhere you may request your records from Desert River Solutions, who will also serve as the official custodian of records. The transfer of records will occur on Dec 7. 2026. If you would like a copy of your records from them or need them transferred to a new provider, please begin the request process after that date. Hospital related records can be retrieved from the hospital portal from which you received care.
